I’m in a daze, like Jimmy would have put it! It’s hard to concentrate, I have practically been sleepless for a weeks time… Whatever i try i just cant fall asleep, I doze off for some hour or so and wake up in a whim. My Doctor has prescribed my sleeping pills but they don’t help much, he told me that they should do the job and that they are strong enough to kill a small horse.

Oh and my lack of sleep gives me Migraines, this is a vicious circle that i Need to break somehow. Last night or last morning I had a disk crash, I lost some 10 000 songs, something happened with my iTunes library and when trying to recover my lost songs with Data Rescue II i just messed things up  and made a recovery impossible, and of course my i had forgot to make a Time Machine Backup… 

Hmm.. I try to look on the bright side of life ”Mostly”. When digging into and restoring my albums from 5 different external hard drives i found albums I’ve totally forgot! I found some Orb, Zappa, Greg Hunter, Sigur Rós – Von (great stuff) and some old 808 State. I now have some 1000 songs added to my iTunes Library!

Sometimes Sun Shines on a Rainy Day!

Here we go again! I woke up early Friday morning , my dear neighbor was vacuuming as she does 8 AM every Friday, I drank a cop of coffee and read the news and I was feeling unusually alert and spirited… Time passed and BOOM like an ice pick I felt this so familiar pain behind my left eye, Migraine!

I rushed to the cupboard and took my Maxalt Rapitab and while the pill was melting in my mouth I prepared a cold towel i knew that this was going to be a painful weekend. As I suspected the Maxalt did not do the trick so i prepared a Imigran Shot and I injected it to my leg and I felt the shot rise to my head.

The Imigran did not help me, i tried to find a good position to rest in but i just tossed and turned in bed, and the pain was almost unbearable, sometime late evening i must have fallen asleep and i woke up late noon today feeling nauseous and having these after pains in my head, i took one more Maxalt and tried to eat some fried potatoes and some meatballs. And i think that I’m home free for now, i just need to take it easy and rest my eyes.
